Mr. Speaker, this text derives from the Code of Companies and Associations, by which it was intended to allow, in particular to associations, a synthetic reading of the provisions concerning them. The groups of this Parliament have all jointly submitted this text, which will complement the document that the Minister has published on this subject.

An interesting fact is that the updates will be made by the SPF Finance, in accordance with a given agreement – and I thank you for it – by Mr. Minister during the Committee on Trade and Economic Law.
