Mr. Speaker, the draft law aligns the text concerning the German-speaking Parliament with those concerning all the other assemblies of the country in such a way as to allow political leave for members when incompatibilities are envisaged.
This proposal was unanimously adopted by our committee.

Mr. Speaker, colleagues, this is a small discussion about the entry into force of the law and a possible retroactivity that was desired by some members of the House.
The draft was returned to the Senate, which turned over it and recommended that no retroactive force be applied. Subsequently, in the Committee for the Revision of the Constitution, it was decided that the wisdom of the Senate could be honored in this, and the draft was adopted.
