Mr. Speaker, I ask for the presence of Minister De Crem.

Minister De Crem has apologized. He is currently in the United States of America. If you insist, we can also postpone the design until Thursday. Then he is back.

I would appreciate that. Either we must suspend now and wait until the minister returns, or we must postpone it.

Mr. Speaker, I will keep my presentation on my bench. Mr. Minister, you say in the text that in January 2010 there will be 37 112 soldiers under the military contingent. You have listed which soldiers are included in it. In the next discussion we will talk about the soldiers of the voluntary military deployment. Are they included or not? I could not find that in your explanation.
