Mr. Speaker, for the report, I can say that the introduction of the bill was initiated by Secretary of State Jamar and that from the opposition Carl Devlies regretted that it took so much time to get the bill in the committee for discussion. Following this relevant comment, the bill was unanimously approved.

The good to shoot date is July 19. This is the time when we stopped our plenary meetings. This could therefore not begin, Mr. Jamar, until after the reopening, on the second Tuesday of October.
