Minister Onkelinx, Minister of Justice, has been detained in the Senate. With us is Minister Demotte.

Mr. Speaker, I have to apologize to Ms. Onkelinx, who is retained in the Senate. I will answer on his behalf the question of this letter that you received this morning, as well as some groups, and concerning the representation in the General Council of the Work Auditor Partners. Ms. Onkelinx wants to remind two elements to this assembly. First, by the College of PGs, there is a de facto representation of the auditors. Secondly, in the College of Partners, which has approximately thirty members, it is also permitted to resort to experts on specific issues. If necessary, auditors of work would also be required. by
Furthermore, it is necessary to give this organ time to function and to give out a certain number of teachings, and it will be seen in the way it lived its first experiences whether it is useful to change its mode of functioning and composition.
