Mr. Speaker, I am pleased to be able to give my opinion to Mrs. Minister, who was fairly unjustly scratched this morning. This report is an enthusiastic sign of his willingness to bring about several reforms. It was unanimously found that the former Advisory Committee for Rail Passengers was, at least, inefficient and inefficient.
In the spring, in the Committee on Infrastructure and Public Enterprises, the Minister promised to promptly present a project that would improve the way this committee works. I want to say, and it is not because I am Mr, that the Minister has kept his commitments. It is important! Very soon, this committee will be able to function.
It should be emphasized that the draft introduces the obligation for the delegated directors of SNCB and Infrabel to report annually to the Chamber of Representatives on the performance of the public service tasks entrusted to them through an audition and the new working method of this Council, which will allow for direct exchange.
We do not doubt that the Minister will express the same willingness to carry out her other projects.
