Excuse me, I have not registered.
President André Flahaut ⚙
Can I ask the group leaders to give me the names of people who wish to speak? To allow me to organize the debates, I ask the group leaders to take note of who wants to speak.
From now on, I will not accept more entries if I do not have the entries before the start of the general discussion. It is inexorable!

We are obliged to abolish a system of control because the courts have asked us to do so. Many of us have expressed our concerns. Indeed, we have already faced the issue of workers’ dispatch, which is ⁇ difficult to control. With the disappearance of the registration system for self-employed and trainees, we are now at risk of facing the same type of difficulty and witnessing a multiplication of fake self-employed who will create a ⁇ damaging competition for companies that comply with the rules. I therefore hope that we will soon see a new system come into being that will comply with the ruling of the European Court of Justice while avoiding unfair competition and social dumping between self-employed people.
