Mr. Speaker, dear colleagues, the aim of this bill is to give access to persons who work for organizations such as mutualities, universities, hospitals, thus organizations that do not fall within the strict sense of the notion of enterprise, notion to which is limited the current law of 1 March 2000.
From now on, people who work for organizations will be able to participate in the training provided by the Institute and will also be able, as members, to use the network provided by the Institute.
