Rapporteur Walter Muls ⚙
The bill has three objectives. The first objective is the introduction of a general punishment that punishes the placement of graffiti on movable and immovable property without permission. The second is the introduction of a punishment that punishes the intentional damage to someone else’s property. The third is the addition of the two new penalties to the list of crimes of the so-called second category of the new municipal law.
The draft has had a short discussion in the Justice Committee, but was eventually adopted unanimously.
