I can be very short. Initially, it was two designs that were combined. They were initially separate because the European Commission had been notified of the measures but had not yet given its approval in time. During the discussion in the committee, when we were confronted with a contradiction concerning the entry into force, it was decided in consensus to remove one draft by amendment, to make the merger and thus to come to one draft.
On the one hand, it is about the reduction of a number of taxes and taxes following the mini-petroleum crisis that has occurred, with its effects on road traffic. On the other hand, it is a draft law concerning maritime and inland navigation, twice about insurance, burden reductions that we unanimously approved from the committee.
