We can discuss this bill in very short time in the committee. We agreed yesterday that it would be dealt with here. Mr. Dehu was indeed the rapporteur, but he will probably not yet know that it is now being discussed. The bill has just been distributed. I think everyone can support it, as was the case yesterday in the committee. It was also unanimously agreed that it was discussed here today.
