Mr. Speaker, dear colleagues, analyzing this bill on the expenditure of the fiscal year for the agricultural sector allows me, however, to ask this fundamental question: is it necessary to regionalize Agriculture, as a whole, in all its sectors? If yes, at what date? In addition, like the agricultural circles, I also wonder how the future negotiations on the CAP and with the Europe of the Fifteen will take place. In addition, I would like to make three brief remarks – since you wish, Mr. Speaker, that I remain wise. First of all, it is certain that the government must have pleased the Volksunie and its President, Mr. Bourgeois, to allow him to heal his community image. Then, it is undeniable that the government has short-circuit, in an unacceptable way, the intergovernmental and interparliamentary conference. Finally, the most disturbing remains this voluntary confusion, which the farmers report to me, between an objective analysis of the interests of the agricultural world and the political strategies of certain parties, among which the Volksunie, among which Mr. Schmidt, is the leader. Verhofstadt is so much needed.
