Mr. Speaker, Mr. Minister, Mr. Colleagues, before going deeper into the content of my bill, I would like to make a few comments. I regret that under your presidency the simultaneous committee meetings and plenary meetings have not ended. Such an arrangement of the work will ⁇ not benefit participation in the debates. The CVP is not burned on this type of continuity. Furthermore, I regret that the new and young members of the House who took the initiative to set up a working group on the re-evaluation of parliamentary work, let it wane. Getting tough statements in the media is easier. It would be better for them to add the act to the word. This bill is important because it was submitted by the opposition. It shows the majority the path to follow to make good laws. The CVP hopes that this bill will serve as an example. I thank the Minister, the members of the committee responsible and the services for their efficiency. The bill does not address a broad social problem but corrects a mistake. The fact that we have made a lot of mistakes in our legislation has already been identified several times. The legal quality of our work is not always optimal. It is high time that we jointly take initiatives to clear this evil out of the way.
