Mr. Speaker, Mr. Minister, dear colleagues, this Convention is fully integrated into the law of 19 March 2013, which we would like to welcome. It is especially for this reason that we will support, as has been the case in the committee, this Convention that defines the framework for our future partnership with this so-called “fragile” country.
In addition to the comments I have made and the questions I have asked in the committee on food security and sexual and reproductive rights, among others, I would like to recall that we should welcome the links already existing between our country and Guinea in particular in the context of the cooperation with Brussels Airlines, the actions carried out in collaboration with our NGOs on the ground as well as in the context of the action of Belgium in the fight against the Ebola epidemic that has ⁇ affected this country. It is here a question of a Belgian 3D response that should, in the future, become the standard whenever it is justified.
The text under review states the expertise that this crisis has brought to our country. It is about taking lessons for all the departments involved. The Belgian intervention proves, if it is still necessary, the importance of the B-FAST cupola in such humanitarian and health emergency situations of which we are still waiting for the results of the audit in order to be able to serenely examine the future that should be reserved for this important cell for our cooperation.

Mr. Speaker, I would like to thank Ms. Grovonius for her speech, which is part of the follow-up to the one she held in commission. I also thank the various groups for their unanimous support for this provision.
