Mijnheer de voorzitter, in de commissie was de bespreking van dit voorstel in twee minuten afgehandeld. Het betreft de vrijstelling van borgstelling voor rekenplichtigen van hulpverleningszones, hetzelfde als reeds is gedaan voor de politiezones.
