Mr. Speaker, I would like to clarify one of the terms of this bill and make a small statement that should be included in our minutes.

It must be understood the terms "establishment of a guarantee scheme", appearing in the different subparagraphs of the first subparagraph of article 117bis (the one of the law of 12 August 2002) as amended, as the generic establishment of a guarantee scheme applicable to all financial institutions referred to as the individual establishment of a guarantee scheme concerning a particular institution. The choice of one or the other approach will be made according to the needs of each situation.
