I refer to the report of the committee’s work.

Maybe there was a time – I don’t want to go on for former warrior – where the rapporteurs were asked to write the report themselves with the pen. This was the case in the 1968s until about 1974 or 1975. It was then improved by the rapporteur and, in general, then, if desired, read by him or her. Of course, no report should be presented only for the pleasure of doing it.
