Mr. Speaker, I would like to justify the fact that we will vote against this bill which is part of what is commonly called the pot-pourri.
It is a matter of a further postponement of the decision made a number of years ago concerning the establishment and implementation of a court for the enforcement of penalties.
If everyone agrees that this should be postponed, it has been too long for my group to wait for the actual implementation of this court. We want to send a clear political message on this issue. In fact, this situation cannot persist both from a budgetary point of view and from a content point of view.
Mr. Minister, we are waiting, today, for the Pot-Pourri No. 2, which should allow to resolve the issue.
Furthermore, as you know, as an opposition party, we do not make any concessions, but we are fair.
