Mr. Speaker, I am pleased that this motion for a resolution is being voted here today. We hope that the Government will respond to the request in the proposal before the coming winter, in particular to provide the European Commission with a derogation from the regime of rest and driving times for the supply of heating fuel by fuel dealers during the cold peak moments in the winter.
