Mr. Speaker, I would like to briefly announce that this proposal aims to remove the uncertainty arising from the amendment of the legislation on the family court, in particular whether the appointment of a sequest still is possible for the court of first instance and the sequest judge.
It is a small legislative change that, however, has implications in practice and which is also awaited in the field. In this context, I would like to thank all colleagues for their quick and efficient cooperation and their substantive contribution.
