Mr. Speaker, the draft law and the supplemented bills were discussed at the meeting of 11 April 2007. In the introductory presentation, the Deputy Prime Minister has clarified that the bill is derived from a bill submitted by Senator Clotilde Nyssens. The bill was unanimously adopted in the Senate. The legislation was extended by a number of amendments submitted by the Government.
The pursued administrative simplification applies to all those who cannot or can with great difficulty present a copy of the required document of civil status.
During the discussion, Mr Wathelet explained his bill, as did Mrs Nagy.
