However, since there is no oral report, I would like to point out that this text is in fact an adaptation of the entire system of seizure. It is especially important here that creditors can seize, but that the debtor is not repeatedly confronted with all the costs of the seizure. In other words, after an initial seizure has been made, the court enforcers can negotiate for their clients in order to reach a solution. This means that some costs will be lower.
The rest are a number of technical changes to the seizure registers and such that, for those who are interested, can be found in the written report.
