I assert that there is no government member present. This is a very small project. Was Mr. Frédéric the Minister of the Interior who was present in the commission? It is a small, technical wetsontwerp. Was this proposal unanimously adopted by the Commission, Mr. Frédéric?

I do not insist that the government should be present here now, but the reservation I made this morning at the Conference of Presidents regarding the consideration of that amendment at the next point, I will later defend with more arguments than those I had at my disposal this morning. It is not unimportant that the government would be present at that time.
