Mr. Speaker, contrary to my habit and ⁇ to my nature, I must here refer to the report that is currently on all the banks. I have not yet found the time to read the press tests. With all the appreciation for the services. Here it is demonstrated once again that the role of a rapporteur in this Chamber is sometimes a highly formalist matter.
