Mr. Minister, you presented this bill as a mere technical adaptation aimed at taking into account the changes made by the government in terms of credit-time. However, it should be remembered that the changes induced by this order reduce the possibilities for the worker to lift up his foot and organize his career. I think here in particular of the abolition, in some cases, of the ONEM allowance and the assimilation to pensions.

We consider this project that endorses this amendment by decree to be unfair, because it penalizes workers at the level of their end-of-career arrangements that is, for us, of primary importance. Indeed, these arrangements allow workers to continue their careers in good conditions by raising their feet. And I’m not talking here about other measures you could take by royal decree and that could have other consequences on the attractiveness of time credit.

In this context, we will vote against this project.
