President André Flahaut

Corinne De Permentier, rapporteur, refers to her written report.

Laurent Louis

Mr. Speaker, dear colleagues, the present bill aims to ensure Belgium a place of choice on the list of countries that demonstrate transparency in tax matters. Nothing but this phrase makes me laugh, both "transparency", "taxation" and "Belgium of Di Rupo and Reynders" are words that don't go together!

In this list, there are the “black” countries, the bad, the bad, that is, those who do not comply with the recommendations of globalist institutions, such as the OECD World Forum on Transparency and the exchange of intelligence for tax purposes. There are also “grey” countries and “white” countries. Why not the “yellow”, “green” or “bad” countries as long as we are there? You have become so accustomed to infantilizing and simplifying what you yourself do not understand, that I would not be surprised!

The government welcomes the present agreements that make our country more credible to international organizations, such as the OECD, which has been working, according to the authors of the text, for many years on the issue of tax evasion. It is crazy to read such an absurdity. It is foolish when it is known that in Belgium, the multinational companies that make the most profits pay almost no taxes, not counting those like Mittal who are watered with subsidies, public money of all kinds to destroy the Belgian industrial tool. What happens in our country, the government doesn’t care. There is no more than submission to the globalist international instances that counts for the stateless who unfortunately populate this parliament and this government.

You are talking about tax evasion. You pretend to fight it, but you practice it yourself! I’m not afraid to say that you are all, or many of you, hit by the Cahuzac virus, the virus of lies, the virus of “do what I say but not what I do.” What is happening within our borders is no longer of interest, since we no longer have borders. Of course, you keep yourself from telling citizens who still naively think that the Belgian state is sovereign, simply because the media does as if it was the case. But we know that this state is no longer sovereign. It is therefore not surprising to see a perfect unanimity when it comes to accepting all the injunctions of these new ruling bodies, whether it be the European Union, the ECB, the OECD, the IMF and many other sometimes very poorly transparent offices.

All this proves to the Belgian citizens that national politics is no more than a vast rubbish and that we are no more than vulgar employees, servants of the new world order, unable to position ourselves independently to ensure the defence of the interests of the citizens of this country.

Solutions to revitalize our economy, solutions to ease the burden of taxes – the highest in the world in Belgium –, solutions to fight tax evasion even within our borders, you are not able to provide. In addition, it works well for you. Of course that’s all right for you: the scam can go on and you’re there for that!

Jean-Claude Delepière, the head of the Financial Information Processing Cell (CTIF) – not Laurent Louis who says it, but someone of respect – is categorical: nothing is done to fight tax crime on the ground. Would you dare say that mr. Is Delepiere a populist? Would you say that mr. Delepia doesn’t know what he’s talking about? I await your answer. In any case mr. Delphine said well.

In a statement, the prime minister denounced “the lack of political will to stop serious and organized money laundering and tax evasion.”

How to be surprised? How can we be surprised when we know that the Socialists, who have become masters of fraud of all kinds, are at the command of the drunk government boat.

On the other hand, to sign international agreements completely disconnected from the lives of citizens, from the context of our country, but perfectly subject to the OECD or U.S. standards, such as the recent FATCA agreement, which you are not developing but that you are content to discuss negatively around a table, behind closed doors, of course, you are responding present.

And you are always present when it comes to subjecting our country to foreign powers, when it comes to reducing our country’s freedoms, to reduce its sphere of competence. You do not hide it.

The goal is clear: destroy, destroy Belgium, destroy Belgian patriotism and dilute it into the New World Order. “Uniformising the taxation of each member country of the European empire,” to take the terms of Barroso, but also the banking systems, politics, social systems, so that we are better controlled by our unelected technocrats from Brussels, that’s your mission, unfortunately today.

Already today, our Parliament – I am the first to regret it – is only approving decisions made elsewhere by individuals not elected by the Belgian citizens. If that’s the mission of a parliament, I’m sorry, but I don’t see what we’re serving for: our role would then be to play only the tithos of other unelected people who defend completely different interests, as you know.

This shows in what ‘democracy’ we live. All that little circus disgusts me, you will have noticed! Because this circus leads us straight into chaos, which unfortunately many citizens are already experiencing on a daily basis.

In our country, tax evasion is estimated at 25 billion euros, or 7% of GDP. Again, it’s not me who says it, it’s the FBI. I do not think that the government will question these figures. The FGTB estimates that the fraud costs 150 euros a month to every Belgian and accounts for some 800 euros a month more for every retired person.

If you add all your unnecessary expenses, that’s billions of euros that could be recovered if the political will was present. But she is not, unfortunately. If you had this will, it would imply that you attacked your masters, your little friends. I understand you, you prefer to attack citizens: it’s easier, it’s faster, it’s less dangerous.

But what’s amazing, at bottom, is that it’s those who waste the most of our money that add us to pay more taxes! That is nonsense! I believe that this system is at an end, that citizens realize it.

Mr Chastel, Mr Forrest, for example, pays taxes when he steals raw materials in the Congo? by mr. Forrest, the great friend of Mr. Will Michael Pay Taxes? Go, you know well: the top-ranks always find a way to circumvent those new rules that we’re voting for. This is obvious, because they themselves write these rules.

All that’s happening is that we’re simply taken for fools. Unfortunately, the Belgians are taken for fools, who have the right to know. This is my mission, what I try to do, in indifference, but I continue.

Your European Union no longer thinks of its citizens as human beings, but as merely consumers of the tax livestock that crumbles under Di Rupo’s taxes. He is very satisfied with this situation.

Unfortunately, the people do not say anything. But the day they say something, I think some will feel it through. As long as I can speak, I will not remain silent in the face of the betrayal of those sitting in this homicide. Those who vote these laws and these projects are traitors to the nation, and I want to say so.

As you have understood, I will vote against these bills that are, once again, merely tricks.
