Mr. Speaker, as I mentioned earlier in the committee, I would like to say that this project raises clear reservations within our group. In fact, questions arise regarding its usefulness since there are already provisions in the current criminal arsenal that allow to incriminate and punish acts of sabotage against nuclear installations and threats, in particular Articles 327 and 331bis of the Criminal Code. In addition, it strengthens liberticide laws within the framework of anti-terrorism laws and limits the freedom of expression in particular of NGOs who fight against the nuclear arsenal.
We will abstain.
