Mr. Speaker, this is a draft that should provide for a better regulation when a pollution from ships is detected.
Minister Landuyt explained that agreements have been made with the parks of Bruges and Oostende in this regard in order to be able to take more adequate action in the event of such violation or discharge. We stood in the committee for only five minutes and all the groups were able to live with this draft.
