Mr. Speaker, this approval implies the withdrawal of a 1976 convention. The Belgian legislation should therefore be adapted. The Minister says that this will be done through a maritime law committee, which has been established for two years now. But the time urges! Once this treaty has been approved by the House, our maritime code will urgently need to be adjusted. I say this here, so that it will not be forgotten within the government.
