Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker. It is a thick book of 215 pages with 5 articles and 2 movements about the amendment of the laws of 12 April '65 and 29 April '99. That change and amendment was initiated by an opinion of the State Council, which noted that, as an administrative jurisdiction, it is not the most suitable legal body to appeal against a decision taken by the CREG, and advises that all appeals against the decisions of the CREG should be concentrated at the Court of Appeal in Brussels. Furthermore, in the power to decide in appeal on the decisions taken by the CREG, was already provided by the law of 27 July 2005. That is the first movement.

The second movement is the following. In addition, the draft law clarifies that the CREG’s powers on the tariff level also cover the access to and use of electricity distribution networks.

During the general discussion, Mrs Simonne Creyf, the Minister and Mr Tant spoke.

The entire bill was unanimously approved.
