Mr. Speaker, I wait for today or for tomorrow for the government or its representative to define its attitude and tell us what it recommends parliamentarians to vote tomorrow. This place should not only be a place of monologue but also a place of debate. I have noticed that mr. Deleuze read her diary during much of my speech but I think she deserves an answer, tomorrow at the latest.
I expect the government to take a stand today or tomorrow and give an answer regarding the reasons for this vote. The assembly must not be content with monologues without answers. Chamber 4 E Session of the 50th Legislature 2001 2002 Chamber 4 E Session of the 50th Legislature

It may be necessary to ask the government to explain its position before the vote, whether it is now or tomorrow. These are treaties issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I understand that mr. Deleuze prefers to be mr. Louis Michel or one of his alternates who responds in his name.
The government must determine its position.

I take note of this, Mr. President.
I follow the discussion with attention. I even make notes.

Mr. Speaker, if I am not mistaken, it is about drafts that have also been discussed in the Senate and the Government has taken a clear position there.
These are projects that have already been discussed in the Senate. The government has already expressed its views in Parliament.
