Add org-mode settings to Spacemacs

Using org-mode in GNU Emacs is a blessing for me. However, I am currently fiddling with the settings. I've taken a blog post from a decade ago as a starting point (seriously, 2007 is 10 years from now.), but it obviously is dated, so I have to basically make my own. Next commits will contain updates to my .spacemacs file.
