General improvement and site maitenance

I did a couple of things this evening. However, here's a concise list of the most important changes:
- Removed a decent amount of obsolete code from views.py, including some useless comments - Improved and added some new Dutch translations, and a lot of French translations - Changed the status subroutine in views.py, to be a bit more accurate for this (academic) year
